had a moderately easy workout today. talked to coach beforehand about this weekend. no 10k. with my knee not feeling the greatest, and back to back races, its just not not necessary. i'll get another chance to keep dropping the 5k time down. for the workout, it was just 2 times mile tempo pace-ish, with 400's with descending rest after, at race pace. it was a pretty easy workout. the 400's were kind of tough but not too bad. ran the miles with ben, wyatt, and brandon. i kind of led the first one a bit, but ben took care of most of it, and then wyatt controlled the second one. i was a little tired, but the workout didnt seem to make it much worse. knee was okay. got in the ice bath after practice plus ice before bed.
