Comments:
Ran at the track for the workout today. I was expecting it to be much longer than it was. Ended up being just 3xmile at up tempo pace with 1 min rest with 4x400 with descending rest (30s,20s,10s)
Pretty good workout I was pleased at how I ran. Felt tempo on the tempos and strong on the quarters. My upper legs felt a bit heavy on the quarters but overall it was fine.
Splits: 5:06, 5:12, 5:11, 68, 67, 68, 63
Did an arm circuit on the field after the workout
