Weather: Cloudy around 50 degrees
Comments:
Ran with Josh for most of the run. Did a little better today, glute didn't start to sieze up till around 5th mile. Did strides and drills to help it out. Skips and high knees are horrible. Strides felt ok. Josh showed me a lot more drills for stuff today so did about an hour of them, and a little leg strength exercises
