Hit the bike for 20 min before the treadmill.

WU: 5 min L5@110rpm, 5 min L8@100rpm
5x(1:30 L8@120rpm, 30s L8@100rpm)

The short recoveries only let my hr down to about 160 before starting the next interval. Felt good.
