Immediately post bike. Hopped on the mill for a few easy miles. Kind of a miserable day outside which is why I didn't head outside. Still listening to music from the bike, felt like a total scrub. Hit the indoor track for strides. 6x100m w/ 100m jog recovery. Felt good, hamstring felt 100% again. Hit (18,17,16,16,16,15). Felt smooth and controlled on all of these, definitely not pushing.
