intervals half and half

Even with the weird weather today, it turned out to be nice when we ran. I was looking forward to the workout today. I want more tuning up to get into it. Today was good, got to do the whole workout with Chris and David, which doesnt happen as much as I would like. I felt like today I was fast, and I was in it mentally. Its down there somewhere, just got to turn the switch on.

Warmed up via little italy, it was cold and windy when we left so we were all bundles up. Felt fine going over. Got to the track, the football team was out, and their music was so loud, we couldnt hear each other talk. Somehow we still got all the drills in. Spiked up in the beginning since we were doing hurdles for the first half. Spikes felt good, noticed I got up on my toes more and I wasnt flapping as much. Slapping and Flapping is bad.

Workout was 2x600 w/ hurldes, 1x400 w/hurdles, 3x300 and 4x200. Equal rest for everything pretty much. Started out going well, I was in contact the whole time, and we were going pretty fast. I noticed a few hurdles the landings were bad but it was so easy to get over them all. I fell a little behind, and that is not ok. In-over-out. The flat stuff was good too, felt fast. Coach remarked that I was getting fast. Makes up for all the slow time in Feb... I liked that. Overall a good workout, what I needed. I am pumped up. Either heat I get in I know I can do damage, I know I want to do damage, so I am going to do damage. splits were

Jogged on the field for a bit, then I got into strength a little before everyone else.

Cool down back to veale was fine. Stretch roll L7 and abs. Round the whole cirlce it was cool. We were there for a while... Im tired but got a little more work to do... end of the semester is tough. Ice bath felt good even though it was soo dirty... whos fault was that? (Mine partially since I farted in there).
