2 mile!

Weather: 47 by the time the 2 mile went off

Comments:
Chilly day, 2 mile got pushed back to the last event, so we ended up warming up for about an hour (lots of jogging before). Not a bad thing on a cold day, just a lot of waiting around/anticipating. Ended up being a 6 person race, with Caroline being the only other girl. Ended up alone the whole race, which was fine I guess. Upper body felt tight/froze the first 1200, but then loosened up. Wasn't exactly an great race, but wasnt terrible either. A bit bummed I felt ok at the end, but I know what I need to do tactically now. Nevertheless, I know it'll make me stronger come a month from now, and kinda just leaves me a good kind of hungry for another one! Calf funky before, a bit funky after, but will work on it. Feet beat up, will damage control tonight as well! estimating time.
