Essentially this workout was poor on account of my nausea. Coach told me she wanted to see 4-6 of the 100s and told Corey 3-4. We ran the first three together on pace. My stomach was bothering me for all of it and I needed a bathroom stop after 2. I did the fourth one alone, falling off my pace by just a hair but more uncomfortable than tired and sore. I managed the cooldown decently enough but still felt kind of sick. I really hope I get better in time to run a good 5k on Saturday. The 5k is my most lucrative remaining PR to break this season (and I have a good chance of setting the 3k PR in the process to give myself a clean sweep).
I suppose I was about due for an ugly workout since I seem to have had so few of them this season.
