Some Hurdles

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Fairly easy workout today. It was basically split into two parts. The first was over hurdles and the second was flat and faster.
First part was 2x600 then a 400 over hurdles. We ran these like we did last Monday so the 600's were supposed to be 72 pace through the quarter a touch faster. Equal recovery by distance and then 5min after the quarter.
The rest of the workout was 3x300 and 4x200 at mileish pace. The first 300 was real fast. I didn't feel it at all and had a hard time believeing that we had actually run that fast. Toned it down for the remainder of the intervals save for the last 200 which I kinda blew out. That felt real good. I've been feeling real good about my sprint speed at the end of workouts lately. Looks like 25 is the new 26. I'll hope to split this when we do some kick intervals.
