Comments:
Ran in the mid afternoon. Pretty big group run. Colin was there. Easy 7 ending at the track . Some water barriers then a mile back to Veale. The water barriers were real good. Felt really smooth through them which was good. Did individual then group. Punched Ben on the last one. Good practice. I feel like I'm in a really good pace right now. Feeling good going into the races this weekend. Hopefully a good PR
