That was the pace instruction from Coach, so I guess I'm on my own-ish from here. Warmed up through Little Italy, looped the baseball field with Ckells, Tim, and David.

1 to 1 distance recovery except double after the 400.

I was shooting for 72 pace on the first two sets, then faster on the 2's. I based this on the fact that Phil was doing his work at 66 second pace which was around mile pace for him (a little slower but not much) Wound up at:

54 (long, tailwind), 49(short, headwind), 54(long, tailwind)
29,30,31,30

Felt pretty good. Wanted to go sub-30 on all the 2's but couldn't which was a bit of a bummer but it was a good workout nonetheless. Cooldown straight back to Veale with Peter.
