Comments:
Very nice run up North Park by myself. Wound up being a little quicker than planned but quite enjoyable. I was a hair under 13 when I got to coventry so I knew I was cruising. I did focus on slowing down some over the next mile bc my right calf was kind of tight but the pace wouldn't stay down for long and the dowhill certainly helped on the way back. Crossed paths with Peter at Coventry as I was heading back.

The main interesting thing about this run was that I didn't kick myself during it. Usually my feet will catch my calves on the way by but not today. Maybe the faster pace had something to do with it but I felt like my form today was pretty smooth.

8x80 strides with quick turnover in Veale when I got back. jogged the rest of the track as recovery. Wasn't sure exactly where 80 was and I think I was going a little on the long side but these felt pretty quick. Hit 11,12,12,12,11,12,12,12. Got high fives from some little kids wandering around the track.
