Was my monthly not-feeling-very-skippy-since-it-is-that-time-of-the-month, so I was very proud to grind through the workout and not let the fact that I was missing my times bother me (especially since I did it with no help!). Suppose to be 5-6 x mile with 400 jogs (5:50-5:55) and I did 6:03, 5:59, 5:57, 5:58, 5:53. I want to do this workout again because I did not let mile reps scare me and I think I can nail this in any other week. (Jogs between in cool down below.)
