Pre-Woodward shenanigans

Comments:
Wanted to get in a little workout before the meet started. Took 15 minutes to get loosened up because it was 730 and was cold. Then, set off for a 1-2-3-2-1 minute interval with 2 minutes recovery in between. Felt SO good. For the first minute one, I ran it on a field and then the sprinklers turned on then a guy yelled at me to get off, so i had to kind of make a loop that was legal. Ended up being a really good workout, really got going for all of them. 3 minute one was uphill as well. quite pleased, wanted to do more at the end though. Still excited to try out the flats. Today was so so so impressive!!! Well done everyone!!
