Comments:
best workout of the year so far for me. I felt in control the whole time and my legs just felt really fresh. I could have went faster but i wanted to stay relaxed and just hot times. this time a few weeks ago i struggled just to run 1 30s 200 at the end of a ladder so I'm feeling really good about friday! 2:30 rest, with a 200 jog included in there and splits were (30-30-30-30-30-29-29-29-29-27)
