quite toasty out! with Julia Ernst/ and Katz, Kate, and Zoe. went Wisconsin to the firehouse then back through neighborhoods, gmapped it at exactly 4. nice run, feeling good! calves a bit funk funk, but should be fine. the 6 strides and little bit of running in the t7's felt SO good. looking forward to wearing them tomorrow. feels like I dont immediately get up on the toes in them or need to get up on the toes to feel normal in them. Deucing tomorrow!
