Comments:
Ran home after a 2-set lift. Felt a bit better, but still TIRED.
I really worked on the stride AGAIN today: it seems like I'm under-weighting the L side. AGAIN. This is why my R calf and R quad were more sore yesterday. :| Hope I can figure this out.
