Treadmill half marathon

Comments:
Since I was out of town on business the past several days, I was unable to do my birthday half marathon. Four days later, I have completed my 2:10:30 period of looking at the wall and draining the battery on my IPOD. All and all I feel good about it. I think I rushed myself afew times and burned up more energy then I thought I had. Plus lunch was not exactly running fuel. Things to consider for next time. I would rather make these mistakes now then on race day. BTW, I have less then 100 days left here. YAY!
