Exercise Type: Bike

Much needed day off. Heel is still tender walking with no shoes. I think I can fit in the cup in my spikes. If not there are people at northside to tape it. Just a simple bike. Paul Corey and David were there. Naturally, Paul and I talked about Polymers. Also watched some sports. Felt like I was going at a good pace. Got a good workout.
Stretch roll L7 and some abs. Good self care. No ice bath because it was real janky. There was a layer of crap on the surface... and it smelled. Just iced my heel. Dont know whats up rest of week. I assume I am not doing that "time trail". I dont think it would help me because I need to practice stayin on pace with people, not on my own...
