Seems like people are feeling slugguish. I guess I am, its not too bad. Heel is feeling way better and my legs are good. Got to stay sharp for 10 days (Im assuming...) It was kinda chilly out, a little brezzy actually. We all warmed up through Little Italy. Warm ups and drills were pretty standard. Coach wasnt around so we went through them ourselves. Glad the bathrooms are open :). Didnt get in much hurdle mobility or legs swings, but whatevs. The workout was 12 x 400 at race pace. the odds were flat with 80m kickers right after and the evens had hurdles. 1 min rest between all. The wind was kinda bad, so the first 200 was way faster than the second. Coach wanted me at 80s (?) and every one else faster (Chris at 72?) so we split up and I ran alone on my own watch. Not that thrilled since I thought i needed to be with someone to help me keep pace. I dont really want to practice running alone. Anyways we ended up being faster. They felt fast an nice, but I was running kinda awkwardly. Slapping my spikes a lot (never happens in trainers ) and legs felt clunky. The hurdles were good though good acceleration and back to pace. It was fast so I am happy though. The kickers were real tough kinda hanging on for dear life there. It was tough to do a kicker, jog back, and go right into a hurdle lap, but I got a pair of balls, so im not complaining. Tired at the end, and calves were sore from spikes. Didnt really get a word out of the coaches but we arnt doing th TT tomorrow. I thought it was kinda boshank for us anyways. Splits were

I know that these are 400s, but with more comfortable legs, I could have gone faster. These were so under pace anyways...

Cooled down on the track and the tempo loop with Tim. We couldnt get to the ice bath at Veale, so we stretched and stuff at the track then Iced at NRV. took the greenie back and shower. Made for a very long day... Gonna get some work done then go to sleep. Also heard the weather is gonna get nasty soon... bummer cause it was nice out today.
