2-mile

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmup around the block, waited around doing crunches, then ran to Wilson and shortened drills. Back to school and lap around the block. A bit chilly out but good weather for 2 mile. Wanted to try out the flats to 1) see if they were better than spikes and 2) to see if it helped/hindered anything. Samet Peter and Anthony very kindly paced me. First bit was a bit fast/uneven, middle bit a bit slow, hopefully picked it up at the end. Not quite what I was hoping for, feel kinda bad because they came out to pace when I didn't do great, but figured out a lot today. The flats make everything so much better form-wise. Funky getting up on the toes, but I can figure that out in workout or so (Saturday should be good feeling out the different distances). And its better to not be on the toes the whole time. Feeling something good coming soon nonetheless.
