First Track Workout since October
Supposed to do 6-8x200s originally
Changed it that morning to 6x400s
After 4x400s changed it to 4x400s and 2x800s

Felt amazing, was just supposed to do 80 and I could pick it up a little if I felt like it. But went a little overboard, just ran off of Paul's shoulder when doing the 800s.
