20 x 200m @ mile pace with 200m jog rest (2 min), hitting around 31 high or 32 for most of them then dropped to 30 for the last 5 or so and under 30 for the last 2 and 28 to finish, wasn't too hard and felt good for the whole thing minus some shin soreness
