initially SO not in da mood for a workout...like friday afternoon...all i wanna do is go out n celebrate...or atleast enjoy the weather on a beautiful day...like anything but be serious
however, in the end, glad i did the work out. ended up being a good day to just be with the team n just glad i ran 2day.
felt like i was working kinda hard, but i dont think i was actually going very fast till my 400s. i mean honestly, without emma theres no way i wudda actually gotten thru the workout without giving up or just completely slacking off - my mentally capacity by that point in the afternoon was well not so high...
strong 400s - ran em with ummm that freshman girl with back hair who's friends with julia and plays soccer...anyway...so yeah ran faster - a 72 on the last i think? so i think i at least got something out of the workout.
