Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Rode mostly direct from the apt, down the bike path, through Whit, then up Chambers to Lorane. A little more tired on the climb.
Good ride; fair soreness, but not bad. Very nice out!
Iced, then did US with hydrocortizone cream for 25min.
