Weather: warm but nice
Comments:
constantly told myself to slow it down a little bit for today, and it worked. some loops around campus, 4 laps around the baseball field and around a little more, cut the run a lil short because I saw a friend outside of the village Starbucks. slightly sore calves from yesterday for obvious reasons, but its all good.
