Didnt get in the swim this morning because I was going over my presentation and I had to be there early. So biking was the first thing of the day. Kinda cruized through it. It was short so thats good. Legs felt pretty fresh.
Jumped in pool to make up
Stretch roll, L7 mostly by myself after. Iced my heel its been feeling better. Not a problem. In the thick of it now with projects due! Gettin into it! Legs are feeling fresh and Im getting sleep so thats good. I am setting myself up, so positive mindset
