First run ever with Charity

Weather: Cool (45 or so)

Comments:
With the kids at the grandparents house we decided to get up early and run together. We did the first 3.25 together. With her training for a 6.5 miler and me for a 13.1 miler our needs are a little different so She headed home and I kept going. I was set on running 6 but I felt good and kept going another mile or so. The run felt good. I got 7 miles in and had gas left in the tank. Should set me up nicely for next week. I want to put in a 14 or 15 miler.
