20' warm up
few drills in the pool
20' @ LT, 90" break, 10' @ LT
10' cool down.

Very hard to get your heartrate up to where it should be so this wasn't an effective workout. Would have cooled down a little longer but this old lady was in my lane and she grossed me out.
