Just weights.

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
No bike today. Started off a bit sore in the AM, but after noon it felt really good - next to no sx. Lifted hard at lunch, including 3 sets of squats. Didn't bother it.

Areas of focus:
- RELAXATION of foot (the tape sometimes makes me tense it - had to let the tape do its job)
- US'd again tonight
- Started ibuprofen in the PM, which helps relieve pain + favoring/tensing tendencies
- Watching for "TMJ" = global tensing!!
- Did some light stretching in PM, but no strengthening. Still very sore w/DF w/out resistance tonight.
