Comments:
The lateral portion of my left foot is still a bit sore from the half marathon on the "Mill". I decided it was a good idea to let it rest for another day before jumping back into cardio. I worked my chest today. I did flat, incline, and decline bench with cable cross overs. I am also going to be doing push ups all night while on duty. I will be doing 20 or more push ups every hour for this shift. It should keep me busy. Tomorrow I will get back into cardio. Nothing strenous. It will either be elipical or bike.
