Exercise Type: Run
Weather: CSU fan treadmill, warm rec
Comments:
1p, intended on doing 10 miles at 6:00 pace, and decided on 10.1mph @ 1.0incline. felt ok throughout, the perception of fatigue I think came at least partially from being bored on the treadmill... When I thought I was getting tired, I just thought about relaxing and assessing my body, and I would realize I really wasn't that fatigued. my right shin felt better today than it has over the past week or so. also, it was warmer in CSU's Rec for whatever reason, but the workout didn't seem harder because of it. maybe that means I can run faster in cooler temperatures. hopefully this turns into marathon pace (2:35:00).
Monday's long run combined with today's pace work has given me a bit more confidence than I had at the beginning of this week.
