Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Drove to CMU mid day, and after some getting lost around pittsburgh, finally got over to campus. It was really nice out actually, wondering how it can get so cold later. Changed and ran around campus and into schenly park. Kinda remembered the layout from the last time I was here, which was so fricken cold... Puttsed around, legs felt good. SOme hills here and there but whatevs.
Made way back to the track. The water pit was empty so we couldnt get any jumps on that. Unfortunate. We did a few hurldes. I felt odd on the first ones but got into it, then we did a couple push off on the grass. We felt ready afterward. I honselty feel more prepared than any race in recent memory. I know what to do, and I want to go out and do it, so thats what I am going to do. I just want to put myself in there and have fun, and I can do that.
Had a decent meeting and coach told us to be there and compete. We have put in a lot of work. We should know that and go in and do our job.

O yea there was a model train convention also going on in the hotel. Funny ass stuff going on. I guess we can relate because they are all doing something they love. The only differnce, running gets you in shape, and playing with toy trains makes you fat and asthmatic.
