Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A little sore during work, but I did some massage+ stretch, then went for a run. My car was back at home, so I had to run anyway. Wasn't sure what I could do, but I wound up running a whole West PRE loop! Some soreness, but very manageable. Had to think about relaxing the foot.

Post run: iced and US'd. The afternoon was *a bit* sore but better than yesterday! I could do the eccentrics with less pain tonight. However, I could feel some swelling and crepitus in the compartment, which was freaky...but I think it had been much worse...
