Carnegie Mellon (with Corey, David, Chris Kelly, Ben, Phil, Drew, and Mike Perisa)-

We went for our pre-race shake-out run as soon as we arrive at Carnegie Mellon. We tried to avoid hills as much as possible, though we failed at that a couple times and walked up when we did. I did strides on the football field to loosen myself up afterward and then quickly put my pants back on to try and stay warm.
