Comments:
Dude got out of our last class of the year Early! Stats got loose so Ckells and I went for our shakeout earlier than expected. It was nice out. We felt sore at the beginning but got into the groove and felt like runners. TAlked about the UAA. Things are looking up after this weekend! Pumped. A good shake out might do a few more then take two weeks off so I can start training again when June rolls around. This is all thereputic now. We should have a meeting coming up too...
Stretch roll shortened L7 (bring it down for the summer) and some pushups. Might do more of those too want to work core back in. 100 at the end of the summer is a good goal.
