Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warmup to AU, drills and whatnot. Started off with steady group until Glenbrook, then raced back up the hill and back to the track to get Anthony. Really glad Zeke's ok. Stood still for awhile timing groups with sporadic runs across the field, then added on 17 minutes on the way back to school. Bit short, will go longer tomorrow. Left foot is sore, nothing some ice and nubs can't fix though!
