Felt really good this AM - no soreness. Stretched my ass off (DF: L>>R), watched a couple WS vids, cried a bit, then went for an AM run.

Easy 3+ miles into Alton. NO PAIN. Felt nothing 'til maybe the last mile, then it was only "tight" in the front of the shin.

Ankle is still stiff as shit. Gonna stretch the hell out of it today and try to run the hunt tonight...
