Down day. Everyone is freaking out about finals, but im mostly done. I had 3 projects due last week, and did more HW than anyone a few weekends ago, so its reasonable. Chilled at veale most of the day, then finally got around to swimming. I was kinda dehydrated, and got a headache in the pool, so i stopped early. Went on and off kick swim in 5 min intervals.
Stretch roll L7 and abs after. Stretch every day to keep my muscles in tip top shape. Might also help out CKells by running the workouts with him this week, just to pace and get over some hurdles with him.
