Comments:
Posterior tibial tendon flared up at the end of the day, best way to describe it is the tendon feels like an over inflated balloon and has the potential of popping (except Im not sure what that means...). Jogged a warmup lap then to AU, got a little better until after drills when the pressure built again. Figured it'd be better to say no to the workout then something bad happening. Babied it today and ran for 20 minutes after. Honestly I'm a bit worried, its pretty significant this time. Hopefully will subside, will take care of it and tape tomorrow. No more lifting starting tomorrow.
