Weather: Nice - a little warm 70 or so
Comments:
The first 2.5 or so was uphill into a headwind. It was tough but great training for the hills of the STL. I was glad to get another decent run in, especially in back to back days. I am gonna try hard to stay under 30 miles this week. I don't want to go too much too soon and hurt myself. Overall a pretty good run.
