Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This AM: not very sore, including next to no soreness in PM. Did some ankle circles while in bed, then got up, did stretching and foam roll. Thought I wouldn't be able to run in the AM, but I went anyway, focusing on the "R knee drive" and improved L knee/leg recovery.

Ran faster as a result: <6:45 pace for early in the AM/on the trails. Yesterday I had sx at one mile; today, not 'til 3! :)

Sore in the last mile, but not too sore. Iced briefly. Morning at work: very little soreness; wore the compr socks and sleeve.
