its been a really sucky week with all this work. but today i got some news from my friend matt from home. my high school coach is leaving the high school to coach at walsh university. he's always wanted to coach college students. senior year i talked to him a lot, mostly about how much i didn't belong at high school. how i was so ready to be in college. the same was true for him. he loved coaching high school, i've never seen someone so emotionally attached to a meet. but i always knew someday he'd leave. i'm happy it wasnt while i was there, as he more impact on me in high school than any other person in my life. it just got me thinking a lot about how things change. i'm a little sad he's leaving and i don't even go there still! i told him congratulations though, because i'm sure he's going to be a great college coach. it'll be weird to go back to his office and see someone else in there. this was basically a diary entry. distracted me from studying for a while. hope anyone who read it all enjoyed :)
