Comments:
Very little soreness in the AM! If anything, it IS creeping higher in the m-t unit. Did some light STM and stretching, then to gym. had a good lift, with some jogging between machines. No pain; mildly sore.
Mild soreness in the AM. NO profens due to nasty gut rot last night and into this morning...not sure if I'll be able to take any today.
