Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
400 shakeout, about a mile warm up for the two mile, and a half mile warm up for the mile. Half mile cool down for each. Two mile was mostly alone, and I think I got lost in that. I tried to push but more than a curve seemed so difficult and I felt really short and stout. Final time was better than I expected though. For the mile, Jen and I were alone. I know I should've pushed it in the first three laps more but it also seemed so difficult. An alright double I suppose. Faster than I expected as well!
3rd and 4(5)th in the city!
