Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran after work, going directly to Ridgeline. Felt some soreness during work, but I ran, regardless.

NO pain meds this AM.

Wore compression socks + the sleeve and tape (?). Ran a Rexius loop first, in the Masochists. Within a mile I felt soreness, which was annoying. Ran the loop and back to the car, where i changed into the Ronins.

Ran up Powerline + Baldy - did some walking. Felt TIRED. Down and over to Dillard, I felt legit pain and thought about bagging, but kept going. Once on Dillard I felt ok and trudged on, up the usual loop and down to the upper Spencer lot. Ran DOWN the hill, which was fairly painful, then onto Ridgeline and back to the car.

SOLID run, without a ton of pain. Also good that I didn't take any profen since last night.

POST-RUN: pretty damn sore in the drive over to the coast, then at the house that night. Bummer....
