Comments:
Not super-sore in the morning - about average. Did some light massage + ice, then around noon Britt and I went running on the beach, sans shoes!
Felt GREAT. Somewhat sore, but very little! I think having light/no footwear takes some strain off the tendon. Also, it allowed me to focus on whole foot landing mechanics, and getting away from the lateral strike.
PM: went to Newport and hung out. NO soreness.
