Exercise Type: Bike

Pretty sore in the morning; not terrible, but pretty sore. NO pain meds. Did some massage and stretching, a quick ice, then work.
Some soreness in the morning, but not bad! It was super nice out, so I had to resist the urge to run. I just knew it would tweak it.
Did 60min of heat bike, no clips. Felt fine. Post bike: global soreness, suggesting I might've not totally relaxed the foot. But not pain in "the spot". No squeaky tendon, either!!!
