Weather: 68 degrees and slight head wind on the track
Comments:
sore from yesterday's race, but once got going no problem.
2.4 miles w/up, and 2.4 miles cool down
paced Tony, Kevin and Chris each in the workout.
71.(400), 73-rest, 71.(400), jog a 400. 800(2:28)-74(rest)-800(2:28)-15 sec. rec.-400(75-w/kevin), 800 jog.
5:00 felt strong and easy pacing chris!!!
Not bad after a race the day before...
