Felt quite clunky/heavy/stiff the first 15 minutes despite, mileage ridiculously low this past week. Leg hurting the last 10, but able to fix it. So excited for Saturday. A few doubts came up because I'm not feeling like I was before, but that should hopefully just take one or 2 runs to get back to feeling normal. Odd thinking that fitness hasnt been lost, but with the countless Anthony stories, it has to be true. Went out River to CCT a ways then turn around and back.
